You've taken the apostles and made them tangible to people like me. Funny because it's close to true, no?

This made me laugh really, really hard. Thanks for that! Also … it wreaks of truth. Again, I say, thanks.

This resonates.

“May the Christ who refused violence be allowed back into his own story.”

Of course there’s a song. There’s ALWAYS a song. (And I can’t recall if I already quoted this one but it’s still relevant.)

“My God” Jethro Tull, Aqualung (Chrysalis Records, ©1971)

“People, what have you done?

“Locked Him in His golden cage

“Golden cage

“Made Him bend to your religion

“Him resurrected from the grave, yeah

“From the grave”

Love it!

Brother V, I admire you for laughing at the thugs, Christian In Name Only! They turn “religion” into an obscenity. My own brother is a serious trumpophile, the kind who likes to appear slightly threatening, especially to women, but he hardly thinks of himself as Christian. I’ll give him one of your prayer cards, if I see him at Christmas — I’m curious to see what he makes of it!😎

Hilarious, tragic, stark, all at the same time. And I don't even feel offended as an Andrew :) I really enjoyed this – and all the more so having seen The Chosen. It's a brilliant tour of what seems to be the status quo in the Benighted States right now – and probably coming soon to a cinema near us in the UK if Farage, Musk, Tommy Robinson etc get their way. You may be aware that the latter has found yet another use for Jesus: as an anti-Muslim warrior, with a skinhead haircut and a swastika tattoo on his neck, ironically borrowed from Hinduism.

I absolutely love this! To speak hard truths with humor is brilliant. May we return to the way of Love.

This was seriously funny, and funnily, serious. Hard to BOTH laugh AND cry at the same time - tends to throw one into a conniption. 🥴 I live with a Thomas who’s been great at holding my kite string for years. And bringing me another cup of coffee, a hug and a handkerchief. Thank you for making me think and laugh. 🙏

😅😂🤣😆😝😜🤪🤩😁. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five star review

Definitely shows me how little i remember learning about the apostles in Sunday School & what i read in the Bible decades ago….lying in bed drinking coffee carefully cause I’ve learned from past experiences it can be harmful when reading your satire.

Laughed my ass off the whole way thru it. What a hilarious way to start the day. Honestly I think reading it every morning is a fantastic idea.

Mood changing for sure, if not life changing. I’ll let you know in a month.

This is very well done!

What is the text in that image supposed to say? The AI messed it up.

I’m choosing to read the gibberish as a dialect. Sort of MAGA-adjacent pseudo-biblical language. It looks authoritative, gestures at borders and certainty, but collapses the moment you try to parse it. Which, honestly, felt on-theme.

Perfect!
