Thank you for the peace. Do you have an address or Zelle? I had to drop my credit card.

That is interesting. There are certain transactions I prefer to make using only cash, frequently coins.

After moving to Italy, I purchased a small leather (or possibly synthetic) coin purse from a street vendor from Senegal. This was in Catania near the central train station. I had some coins, so I gave him maybe 4 or 5 Euros, and then put what I had left in the purse.

I prefer paying with coins when possible. It is a more intimate experience. I have to unzip the purse, fish around for some coins, count them, and then hand them to the merchant.

But Stephen, seems like the only way for payment online or whatever , is the credit card. There’s a personal check, but that method may not be satisfactory on some occasions.

Some of my bank accounts are arguably frozen (the iPhone App does not work). But I should Buy a ☕️?

Stephen, I meant to add this, that I certainly do love using cash, as you do. And for local shopping, that’s what I use.

A heartfelt thank you to Shirley Ann Peck for the generous Zelle gift. Your support keeps the incense burning, the scrolls rolling, and the heretics slightly nervous. 🙏💸

May your kindness return to you in unexpected and delightful ways.
